Dear P5,
Here is for you another questions.
1) At what time you start school and what time you finish? And what day in the week do you work? When you have holidays ?
2) Why is there in Scotland many people whose names start with Mac ?
Thank you for your answers.

1) We start school at 8.45am and we have our first small break at 10.25am until 10.40am. We then have lunch at 12.20pm until 1.15pm. The end of the day comes at 3.20pm. Then we go home! Some of us go to The After School Club until our parents finish work and pick us up.
2)There are many people in Scotland called Mac something because Mac is Scots for 'Son of' for example, MacDonald is 'son of Donald'. In England, that name would be 'Donaldson'. In Scotland, many years ago, we were divided into 'clans' which were large groups of families who owned and lived in a large area of land. There were sometimes fights between the clans for the right to live on a piece of land. But now the clan names have been passed down and many have moved all over the world! That is why so many people can trace their ancestry back to Scotland.
I hope that answers your question.
